Dear NCSY GIVE West families,
We are excited to announce that the NCSY GIVE West Shabbaton Reunion is coming soon!!!
Here are the details...
When
December 22-23, 2017. The reunion will begin with registration between 1 and 2 pm on Friday at Congregation Bais Tefilah (409 Edward Ave, Woodmere, NY 11598). We will have all hosts gifts and Google Maps ready and waiting for you there. The Shabbaton will (sadly) end after Havdalah.
Where
Woodmere, NY. We will be davening and eating at Congregation Bais Tefilah (409 Edward Ave, Woodmere, NY 11598), also known as the 'Edward Avenue Shul'.
GIVE West NCSyers coming in from outside the tri-state area
As Shabbos starts very early, please book your flights to land in JFK or LGA Airports on Friday, between 8 am and 11 am. Please book your return flight to leave JFK or LGA anytime between 8 am and 12 pm on Sunday. If the flight you would like to book does not meet the aforementioned criteria, we will be unable to provide pick-up and/or drop-off at the airport for your daughter. Cab services are available if that is something you are comfortable with. Additionally, since the reunion officially ends on Saturday night, we will provide all of those flying in with housing for Saturday night and breakfast on Sunday morning. In the past, many NCSYers have chosen to travel home with their friends from NY for Saturday night and book a flight out of the airport that is close to that friend. If you choose that option, just let us know. Please send me your flight information while booking so that she can make sure it is acceptable.
Reunion Costs
There will be a subsidized fee of $80 for the reunion, to cover food and activities. This fee does NOT include travel.
